【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverspolyphthalamidematerialssuitableforinjectionmolding.1.2Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.ThesemaybespecifiedbyusingsuffixesasgiveninSection.1.3Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofrecycledmaterialsprovidedthatallspecificationrequirementsaremet.1.4Thisspecificationisintendedtobeameansofcallingoutplasticsmaterialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticsfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandtheperformancerequiredofthepart,theenvironmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,thefabricationprocesstobeemployed,theinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisspecification,andtheeconomics.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard(seeIEEE/ASTMSI-10).1.6Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section12,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninNote6.Note28212;ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
