【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesprocedures,notcoveredbythemethodsdescribedinISO8692andISO10253,fortestingdifficultsubstancesforinhibitionofalgalgrowth.Themainsubjectscoveredbytheguidelinearethemethodsforpreparingthetestsubstancefortestingandtheproceduresneededtocarryoutanappropriatetest.Thefollowingtestsubstancesarecoveredbythisguideline:a)poorlysolublepureorganiccompounds;b)poorlysolublemixturesoforganicsubstances;c)poorlysolubleinorganicmaterials;d)volatilesubstances;e)wastewatersandenvironmentalsamplescontainingwaterandsediments;f)colouredand/orturbidsamples;g)compoundsofheavymetals.Thefollowingmethodsofadditionarecovered:—direct;—dispersion;—water-solubleandwater-accommodatedfractions.Someguidelinesrelatedtotheanalyticalproceduresandtotheinterpretationoftheresultshavebeenincluded.ReferencestodocumentsdescribingthebackgroundforthetestingofdifficultsubstancesaregivenintheBibliography.
