【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortheapplicationofliquidappliedepoxyinternallinings,forthecorrosionprotectionofsteeltubes.Thistypeofliningisgenerallyusedinthetransportanddistribution,underpressureorbygravity,ofwaterintendedforhumanconsumptionandindustrialuse,seawater,wastewaterandalsoinfirewater.Thetemperatureofthewatertransportedgenerallydoesnotexceed50℃.Thechoiceofthelininganditslimitsofusedependonthetypeofproductused,thepipelayingconditions,thetemperatureandthechemicalcompositionofthefluid.ThechoiceoftheproductforthemediumtobetransportedanditsqualificationarenotpartofthisEuropeanStandard.Theliningconsistsnormallyofonelayerofliquidproduct,appliedbysprayairlesstechniqueaftersurfacepreparation.AllorsomeoftherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardcanapplytotheinternalliningsoffittings,ifagreedbythepurchaserandthecoater.ThelininginthisEuropeanStandardcanbeappliedtolongitudinallyorspirallyweldedtubesandtoseamlesssteeltubesusedfortheconstructionofpipelinesforconveyingliquids.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverin-situappliedorrehabilitationlinings.Theconstituentmaterialsofepoxylinings,whenusedundertheconditionsforwhichtheyaredesigned,inpermanentortemporarycontctwithwaterintendedforhumanconsumption,shouldnotchangethequalityofthatwatertosuchanextentthatitfailstocomplywiththerequirementsofEuropeanregulationsattheenduser.Forthispurpose,referenceshouldbemadetotherelevantnationalstandardstransposingENstsndardswhenavailable,dealingwiththeinfluenceofmaterialsonwaterquality.
