【摘要】:PracticeE185describesaminimumprogramforthesurveillanceofreactorvesselmaterials,specificallymechanicalpropertychangesthatoccurinservice.GuideE636maybeappliedinordertogenerateadditionalspecificfracturetoughnesspropertyinformationonradiation-inducedpropertychangestobetterassistthedeterminationoftheoptimumreactorvesseloperationschemes.1.1Thisguidediscussestestproceduresthatcanbeusedinconjunctionwith,butnotasalternativesto,thoserequiredbyPracticeE185forthesurveillanceofnuclearreactorvessels.Thesupplementalmechanicalpropertytestsoutlinedpermittheacquisitionofadditionalinformationonradiation-inducedchangesinfracturetoughness,notchductility,andtensilestrengthpropertiesofthereactorvesselsteels.1.2Thisguideprovidesrecommendationsforthepreparationoftestspecimensforirradiation,andidentifiesspecialprecautionsandrequirementsforreactorsurveillanceoperationsandpostirradiationtestplanning.Guidanceondatareductionandcomputationalproceduresisalsogiven.ReferenceismadetootherASTMtestmethodsforthephysicalconductofspecimentestsandforrawdataacquisition.
