【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofaxlesforuseonEuropeannetworks.Itdefinescharacteristicsofforgedorrolledsolidandhollowaxles,madefromvacuum-degassedsteelgradeEA1N1thatisthemostcommonlyusedgradeonEuropeannetworks.Forhollowaxles,thisstandardappliesonlytothosethataremanufacturedbymachiningofaholeinaforgedorrolledsolidaxleInaddition,theparticularcharacteristicsforaxlesingradeEA1T1andEA4T1aregiveninAnnexA.Twocategoriesofaxlearedefined,category1andcategory2.Generally,category1ischosenwhentheoperationalspeedishigherthan200km/h.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesthataredesignedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofEN13103andEN13104.NOTEDifferentvaluesforsomecharacteristicsmaybeagreedifaparticularprocessoffabrication(e.g.coldrolling,shotpeening)hasaninfluenceonthem.
