【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62351,whichisatechnicalspecification,specifieshowtoprovideconfidentiality,tamperdetection,andmessagelevelauthenticationforSCADAandtelecontrolprotocolsthatmakeuseofTCP/IPasamessagetransportlayer.AlthoughtherearemanypossiblesolutionstosecureTCP/IP,theparticularscopeofthispartistoprovidesecuritybetweencommunicatingentitiesateitherendofaTCP/IPconnectionwithintheendcommunicatingentities.Theuseandspecificationofinterveningexternalsecuritydevices(e.g.“bump-in-the-wire”)areconsideredoutsidethescopeofthistechnicalspecification.
